There is good news for all patients getting treatment at Southwell healthcare facility. Southwell has updated its MySouthwell patient portal and included the notification features.
Now patients will receive the latest updates related to their Electronic Health Records and medical treatment through different types of notifications such as email notifications, text alerts, and push notifications.
Patients from the Below Southwell healthcare facilities will get the new notification update.
- Tift Regional Medical Center in Tifton
- Southwell Medical and Southwell Health and Rehabilitation in Adel
- Southwell’s physician clinics located throughout South Central Georgia.

On the new notification update rollout, Beth Ryther, Southwell System Director of Service Excellence said…
“MySouthwell Patient Portal users can now receive notifications via text, email, or mobile app push notifications. Notifications are sent out when there are new secure messages, COVID-19 results, clinical notes, documents, and lab, pathology, and radiology results.”

“MySouthwell Patient Portal is a convenient and secure health-management tool that patients can use anywhere they have access to the internet. Through the portal, patients can correspond with their provider team, request an appointment with a primary care provider, ask for a prescription renewal, access their electronic health record, and make an online payment.”

Ryther further encouraged patients to download the HealtheLife mobile app and access the MySouthwell patient portal directly from their smartphone. It will be more convenient than accessing the patient portal from a desktop or laptop. Ryther said…

How to log in to the Mysouthwell patient portal?
All registered patients can access their accounts in two ways.
- Through the online portal.
- Through a mobile app.
1-Through the online portal:
- Visit the Southwell website.
- Click the “My Southwell Patient Portal” link in the top bar or visit https://mysouthwell.com/portal/ web page.
- On the right side, click the “Visit Portal” link under the My Southwell Patient Portal section.
- You will be directed to an SSO login page.
- Enter your email address or username and password.
- Press the Sign In button to log in to your patient account.
1-Through the mobile app:
Patients can also download the official HealtheLife mobile app on their smartphones and enjoy a more convenient and faster login experience. We are sharing the direct links below to download the mobile app. The app is available for both Android and iOS platforms.
